Swedish Massage
Very relaxing! Using oil and/or lotion, long flowing strokes; kneading, gentle compression and sweeping are applied to the more superficial layers of muscle and combined with passive movements of the joints....relaxing muscles, improving circulation and easing aches and pains.


Neuromuscular
Treats "trigger points" or specific areas of high neural activity to break cycles of spasm and pain; providing pain relief and increased mobility and flexibility.


Raindrop Technique

Young Living therapeutic grade essential oils fall like raindrops onto your spine and warm, damp towels applied to increase absorbtion of therapeutic properties. A flowing, gentle massage then brings physical, mental and emotional balance to the body.



Hot Stone Massage
Warm, smooth stones are used to gently warm and massage away muscle tension and stress. Ahhh!

1/2 hour massage $40
1 hour massage $65
1 1/2 hour massage $90


Add $10 for Neuromuscular/Trigger Point therapy, Hot Stone and Raindrop Technique.

Add exfoliating back polish with salt or sugar scrub for $10. A mixture of corse salt or sugar with a carrier oil and essential oil is applied to the back using gentle, flowing strokes to exfoliate dead skin. It is then wiped off using warm towels followed by your massage. Feels like a wonderful back scratch!

Deb is a 2002 graduate of North Eastern Institute of Whole Health School of Massage Therapy in Manchester, NH passing her classes, National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and NH Licensing Exam with high marks.

With over 1,000 scholastic hours and counting, Deb has taken classes such as Trigger Point Therapy, Low Back Pain, Neck Pain and Headaches, Ethics, Fibromyalgia, Hot Stone massage, Rain Drop Therapy and several more over the past 13 years.

Deb is committed to her clients well being and educates them on self care techniques including stretching, self massage, correct posture and ice and heat applications.

Deb is active in her community and enjoys yoga, cooking, kayaking and golf.
